You contact us to schedule an appointment. We briefly discuss your back complaints and expectations.
2. Intake interview
During the intake interview, we clearly map out your symptoms, medical history, and the progression of the pain.
3. Physical & diagnostic examination
During the examination, we literally visualize the alignment of the spine. The position of the vertebrae is drawn on the back, making it visible where misalignments occur and where the body has to compensate. This is done according to the principles of the Sickesz Method.
4. Discussion of the treatment plan
You will receive a clear treatment plan, tailored to your back complaints and situation. We will explain what you can expect.
5. Treatment phase
Using small, targeted pressure, the vertebrae are better aligned step by step. This is done in a controlled manner and without cracking, according to the Sickesz Method.
6. Evaluation & conclusion
Together, we assess the result and determine if further treatment is necessary.
