What does our process look like?
1. Initial contact & appointment
You contact us to schedule an appointment. We briefly discuss your neck complaints and expectations.
2. Intake interview
During the intake interview, we clearly map out your complaints, medical history, and the progression of the pain.
3. Physical & diagnostic examination
During the examination, we literally visualize the alignment of the spine. The position of the vertebrae is drawn on the back, making it visible where misalignments occur and where the neck must compensate. This is done using the Sickesz Method.
4. Discussion of the treatment plan
You will receive a clear treatment plan, tailored to your back complaints and situation. We explain what you can expect.
5. Treatment phase
With small, targeted pressure, vertebrae are aligned better step by step. This is done in a controlled manner and without cracking, according to the Sickesz Method.
6. Evaluation & conclusion
Together, we evaluate the results and determine if further treatment is necessary.
7. Aftercare and prevention
You will receive advice to prevent the recurrence of neck complaints and to keep your body in balance as much as possible.
